Priced on application after a conversation about your business. Bespoke includes Business-tier allowances as a minimum, priority support and a named contact.

Yes. Personal is a standalone plan for your own finances, budgets and savings. A business subscription is optional.
Add Solo or Business to the same account. The business tier is charged at its normal price and your Personal book becomes half price while the eligible business subscription remains active. Starting with a business plan gives you the same combination.
One Personal book on the same paying account receives 50% off when paired with any paid business tier. Monthly billing is £3 including VAT; annual billing is £30 including VAT. Use the same billing frequency for both. Multiple business books do not stack the discount. If the last business subscription ends, Personal returns to its standalone price at the next renewal, with the change shown beforehand.
Personal and business records live in separate books with separate access. Adding a business teammate does not give them access to your Personal book.
Solo includes two users. Business includes six, with additional users at £9 per month plus VAT (£10.80 including VAT), or £90 per year plus VAT (£108 including VAT). A seventh user does not require a multi-company plan.
Each business has its own paid Solo or Business book, with its own users and allowances. Accountant access to a client’s already-paid book does not require buying a second subscription for that book. There is no unlimited-user, five-company bundle.
Bespoke is LilaCRM tailored completely to your business: the same connected foundation, with your own workflows, documents, checks and integrations built around how you work, and dedicated UK hosting if you need it. It is priced on application — e-mail us and we will talk through what you need.

Every business in LilaCRM has its own business context — the words, screens and rules of your kind of work, whether that is a building firm, a landscaper, a care provider or a church. Inside it sit the records of the work — surveys, quotes, jobs, time and documents — and the money — invoices, bills, the bank, bookkeeping and VAT — are all in the same place.
Yes, for the bookkeeping most small businesses need: sales and purchase invoices, bank reconciliation through open banking, VAT returns worked out from your records, CIS, and reports for your accountant. It includes operational bookkeeping and an optional posted double-entry ledger with reviewed opening balances. Reports identify their basis and gaps. Your accountant still reviews year-end adjustments and statutory filings; connection and approval requirements for HMRC services are shown in your book.
UK businesses of any size, from the self-employed to established firms wanting a bespoke installation — building and trades first, and also legal and report writing, care and support, and consultancies and agencies — plus a Personal book for your own money.

LilaCRM prepares VAT figures with the invoices and bills behind them. Submission requires the HMRC connection and approval shown in your book; a prepared return or export is not proof of filing. Check the submission receipt. CT600, statutory accounts and payroll RTI filing are not provided by LilaCRM.
Yes. UK bank accounts connect through open banking with read-only access that you consent to, and transactions are matched to invoices and bills with the evidence kept alongside.
Yes. Your customers, suppliers and existing records are brought across when your book is set up, so you do not start from a blank page.
On servers in London, United Kingdom, in an encrypted book of its own for each business, with encrypted backups in the same region and an audit log of every change.
