These terms govern the use of LilaCRM, a service provided by Lila Software Development Ltd ("we"). By creating an account or accepting an invitation to a book you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, where you act for one, the business whose book you use.
The service
LilaCRM is software for running a small business: customers, work, quotes, invoices, bills, bank reconciliation, tax filings and related records, on the web, iPhone and Android. Features vary by plan and by the profile chosen for a book. We may improve or change features, and will give reasonable notice of any change that removes something you rely on.
Accounts and books
A person signs in with Google or a password and a passkey. A business's data lives in a "book"; the person who creates a book is its owner and may invite others with defined roles. Owners are responsible for who they invite and for removing access when it should end. You must keep your sign-in secure and tell us at once if you believe it has been compromised.
Your data
Everything you put into a book remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy, and never sell it or use it to train models. You can export a complete copy at any time and delete a book at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping any records the law requires you to keep.
Bank connections and tax filings
Open-banking access is read-only, granted by you to your bank, and can be withdrawn at any time. LilaCRM cannot move money. Where LilaCRM submits returns to HMRC on your behalf, you review and approve every submission; the figures are yours and you remain responsible for them.
AI features
Assistant, reading and drafting features suggest; they do not act on your books without a person's confirmation. Their output can be wrong and you must check it before relying on it. Use is metered against your plan's allowance; you may supply your own model provider key, in which case that provider's terms also apply.
Plans and payment
Plans, prices and allowances are shown when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Taxes are added where applicable.
Acceptable use
Do not use LilaCRM to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, to attack or probe the service, or to resell it without our agreement. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other customers, and will tell you why.
Availability and support
We aim for the service to be available at all times and back it up continuously, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Support is by e-mail at info@liladevelopment.com.
Liability
We provide LilaCRM with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You may close your account or delete a book at any time. We may end these terms with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious breach, and will give you the opportunity to export your data first.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
